Tulsa Police have arrested a man they believe is a serial robber who targets businesses where women work.
They believe he's responsible for at least a half a dozen robberies over the past two weeks. Police say 38-year-old Vincent Ross took a cab to the Ultra Salon near 71st and Garnett. Police believe he robbed the store. Victims saw him leaving in the taxi-van.
They called police, and officers quickly pulled over the cab and made an arrest. Tulsa Police Captain Traci Crocker: "Basically, the patrol officer doing great work saw the van, got behind it, waited on help. Did a felony car stop and was able to make the arrest."
Ross is being questioned on armed robbery complaints. Investigators say the arrest wouldn't have been possible without input from victims, and good police work.
