The city of Tulsa has settled three federal lawsuits alleging wrongdoing by a former police officer.
The city will pay $10,000 to three people who each claimed former officer Roy Johnson wrongfully arrested them on suspicion of DUI. Johnson was fired in February 2002. He's since filed a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and racial discrimination.
Tulsa admits no wrongdoing in the settlements. Six other lawsuits against the city have been dismissed.
