The speed limit will soon increase along one Tulsa highway. The Tulsa City Council voted Tuesday to raise the speed limit on Interstate 44 between Highway 169 and the Broken Arrow Expressway.
It will jump from 60 miles an hour to 65 miles an hour. The increase was approved because the road widening project in that area has been completed.
