(McAlester-AP) -- An Ada man who told police his occupation is "bank robber" is going to prison for robbing a Holdenville bank.
Mark Perryman was sentenced to four-years, three months in prison for the September 15th robbery and for telephoning a bomb threat. He had telephoned the bomb threat to an elementary school to divert authorities from the bank.
He pleaded guilty to the charges in October.
Perryman was arrested in McAlester the day after the robbery. State corrections officers called police when they saw him acting strangely after parking his car on prison property.
McAlester Police say the car was "knee-deep" in money and Perryman told officers his occupation was "bank robber."
