The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into the death of a Eufaula city council member.

They suspect foul play in the death of 67-year-old Larry Nichols. He was found Sunday morning in his home by a member of his church.

Nichols' body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office in Tulsa for an autopsy.
