Tulsa Police are investigating a homicide they believe is connected to two other murders over the weekend.
Officers were flagged down around 2:30 AM Tuesday about a shooting at the Town Square Apartments at 1600 East Young. They found 26-year-old Cornelius Finch dead in his vehicle; he'd been shot several times.
Even though he was holding a loaded Glock-27, officers found four, 32 caliber casings in his car. Witnesses say Finch was talking earlier this week about a man trying to kill him.
Tulsa Police say the victim is a 107 Hoover gang member and had a crippled right arm from being shot before.
They believe this shooting is connected to the killing on North Utica on Friday and to one at a convenience store on Saturday.
