In August, company officials announced a possible move of their headquarters from Tulsa to Houston. A feasibility study has been done and Citgo is in negotiations with Houston officials about incentives.
We don't know about those details. Citgo also says the City of Tulsa has not contacted them recently about any counter-incentives.
A final decision may come in February.
Citgo is the nation's fourth-largest gasoline retailer and has about 950 employees in Tulsa.
