A Claremore man faces a possible death sentence for allegedly murdering his 9-month-old daughter.

Claremore Police say Benjamin Cole confessed to the murder, which happened a year ago. Court documents say Cole was playing video games when his daughter began crying. He bent the baby's legs back as she was laying on her stomach, causing her spine to break.

The baby bled to death. The Rogers County DA plans to ask for the death penalty if a jury finds Cole guilty.
