The 15-year-old boy who stabbed another teenager to death on a Porter School bus last week is now charged with first degree murder.
Wagoner County prosecutors say Daniel Dillingham stabbed 16-year-old Andy Robinson to death while the two boys rode to school. The first degree murder charge means Dillingham will automatically be tried as an adult.
He's scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon. The Wagoner County DA says he will "not" seek the death penalty.
