The arraignment for 15 year old Daniel Dillingham was postponed Wednesday. Wagoner County Sheriff’s deputies say Dillingham admitted to stabbing to death 16- year old Andy Robinson on a Porter School bus Monday.
The hearing was moved to next week because the Wagoner County District Attorney hasn't filed charges yet.
Dillingham remains in the Wagoner County jail without bail.
