Accused murderer Scott Eizember is scheduled to head to court Tuesday. That's when Eizember is likely to be formally charged with killing AJ and Patsy Cantrell of Depew.

Eizember managed to elude authorities for 36 days. He was shot four times when he kidnapped an Arkansas couple and forced them to take him to Texas.

Eizember is now in the Creek County jail.
