'Nutcracker' performance at Tulsa area school

"The Nutcracker" is a holiday tradition for kids of all ages. And Thursday some local youngsters treated their parents and classmates to a special performance.

4th and 5th graders at Angus Valley Elementary School performed the Christmastime favorite Thursday. Complete with costumes, the children danced their favorite parts of the ballet in which a girl's toy comes to life, and takes her on a holiday adventure.

The ballet is performed by professional troupes around the world and this version of the Nutcracker was no small potatoes, it featured a cast of over a hundred.
