It took a federal jury just 20 minutes to reach a guilty verdict against Presley Hood.

He was convicted of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old Stillwater girl. Hood was accused of taking the girl from her Stillwater home to his home in Branson, Missouri, where the girl testified he had sex with her.

Hood told police he took the girl to save her from an abusive situation at home.
