Prosecutors have charged a man with exposing himself to women at college campuses, a park and a downtown office parking lot.

Marvell Padillow Junior was arrested last week on one count of indecent exposure. Additional complaints were added when more victims picked Padillow out of a photo lineup.

Padillow is accused of flashing women between July 10th and October 24th. The state Department of Corrections says Padillow has several indecent exposure convictions.
