Tulsa Police have arrested a man suspected of passing 21 bogus checks in only three weeks.
44-year-old Rex Rudy, Junior was picked up at the Town Pump Lounge at 33rd and Memorial.
Police say Rudy's bad checks totaled more than $3,200.
