A Tulsa County Grand Jury returns to work this week. It's meeting to look into the death of Rachel Clayton, a 10 year-old girl who drowned in her Jenks home five years ago.

Her father and grandmother want to talk to the grand jury. They believe the girl was murdered, but the Tulsa County District Attorneyâ€™s Office says there's not enough evidence to file charges.

This is the second grand jury to consider the case. The first one, sided with the DA, but it turned out the forewoman of that jury had a conflict of interest.
