Jury selection is complete in the second grand jury picked to investigate the drowning of a Jenksâ€™ girl.

Jenks Police found 10-year-old Rachel Clayton dead in her bathtub; detectives believed the evidence pointed toward foul play. Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris disagreed and declined to file charges.

The girl's grandmother gathered enough signatures on a petition to get a grand jury convened earlier this year.

A judge ordered this second grand jury after it came to light that the forewoman on the first grand jury had a conflict of interest.
