A teenager is in the Tulsa County jail after calling 911 and reporting a drunk driver.

Tulsa Police say 19-year-old William Harden called police Monday night and said he was following a drunk driver who was committing road rage. Officers caught up with both drivers at St Francis hospital and it turns out that Harden was the one who was drunk and acting up.

The other driver was a doctor on his way to a night shift at the hospital.

This is Harden's second drunk driving arrest.
