A burglary suspect is behind bars and he was caught red handed with thanks to some observant witnesses.

Tulsa Police were called to the Grapevine Liquor store at 27th and Memorial around 2:30 AM Tuesday. Two guys working next door heard glass breaking. They saw a man walk off with a case of beer so they picked up the phone.

Officers arrested 38-year-old Timothy Matlock just moments later. Matlock is in the Tulsa County jail and charges are pending.
