DALLAS (AP) _ Oklahoma State running back Tatum Bell, Nebraska linebacker Barrett Ruud and Oklahoma kick returner Antonio Perkins are this week's Big 12 Conference players of the week.
A panel of media covering the conference picked Bell as offensive player, Ruud on defense and Perkins for special teams.
In the Cowboy's 51-49 win over Texas Tech, Bell had 238 yards rushing on 28 carries. He scored three times, including a TD on a 95-yard run.
Ruud had a hand in two of Nebraska's record eight turnovers. He caused a fumble and returned his first career interception for a touchdown in Nebraska's 48-12 win over Texas A&M. The junior also made a team-high 10 tackles, including two for losses.
Perkins picked up his second special teams honor this season after he tied the NCAA Division I-A record for punt returns for touchdowns in a career with seven and season with four with his 69-yarder against Missouri in the 34-13 win by the nation's top-ranked team.
