(Stigler-AP) -- The administrator of the Haskell County Hospital in Stigler says she's resigning.

Sharon Hall says she gave the hospital board 30 days notice and is leaving amid controversy about financial problems with the hospital.

Hall says she doesn't want to say more until the board responds to her letter.

Board member Joan Wilson declined comment except to say a special board meeting is scheduled for tonight.

The hospital has been in place for 43 years and is the only hospital in Haskell County.
