Former Commercial Financial Services leader Bill Bartmann wants his trial on fraud charges moved to Oklahoma City.

Bartmann is scheduled to go on trial in Tulsa next week. He faces 58 counts related to the collapse of CFS in 1998. His attorneys have asked a federal judge to move the proceedings.

They say there's a disparity in media coverage of the case between Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Prosecutors say they'll fight the motion.
