Arrest made in Wagoner County homicide

A four-time felon is in jail charged in the murder of a Virginia man at a Wagoner County lake.

Authorities say David Kennedy stabbed the man in the neck during a fight at a Fort Gibson Lake fishing area. The body of the victim was found last week at Toppers Point, about four miles east of Wagoner.

Kennedy faces second degree murder charges.
