The voting in the Vision 2025 election is over but the battle over the ballot is heating up.
Opponent Todd Huston raised the original constitutional challenge over the ballot and lost. He now says he plans to file an appeal next week to the Oklahoma Supreme Court to define the limit of items placed before voters on ballots. "It is not my intent to undo the will of the voters, but we do have to get the law clarified."
Huston says his challenge now is to get an explanation of rules without an appeal process. That could potentially overturn Propositions 3 and 4.
