The trial continues in the case of Indian nationals suit against the John Pickle Company.

Pickles' attorney argued Tuesday the 52 Indian men were trainees, not employees of the John Pickle Company.

Pickles' wife Kristina testified Tuesday that the company never provided health insurance or workers compensation because they were trainees. The workers accuse John Pickle of working them like slaves for pay below minimum wage.

John Pickle also took the stand on Tuesday. He denies all the allegations.
