Tulsa Polic arrested a 26-year-old Dawn Dushane early Thursday morning. Police officers found her passed out inside her car at a convenience store on South Garnett.

Her child was asleep in the back seat.

Officers say they found both marijuana and meth inside the car. The child is in protective custody.
