Gas leak prompts evacuations in Tulsa

Tulsa Fire officials evacuated an area of north Tulsa Wednesday morning after a backhoe hit a gas line causing it to leak. <br><br>About three streets in the area of Latimer and US Highway 75 were evacuated.

Tulsa Fire officials evacuated an area of north Tulsa Wednesday morning after a backhoe hit a gas line causing it to leak.

About three streets in the area of Latimer and US Highway 75 were evacuated. Once ONG got on the scene, the gas was turned off and the leak repaired.
