The former leader of CFS filed for bankruptcy. Bill Bartmann and his wife filed Wednesday in Tulsa.

The former millionaires claim they owe between $1-million and $10-million to creditors. They listed their assets to be about equal to that.

Bartmann stands trial next month on a 58-count indictment stemming from the collapse of his company.
