Nearly 550 Tulsa students have requested a transfer from their low-performing school. That's 11% of the students in the eleven schools on the list.

Letters have been sent to affected parents letting them know what school their child will attend.

Parents have until September 3rd to accept their new school assignment or return to their home school.
