Tulsa Police are wondering why someone shot a man outside a Tulsa bar over the weekend.

21 year-old Michael Hishaw is listed in critical, but stable condition. Police say he was shot in the chin just after two o'clock Sunday morning at a parking lot located at 2nd and Elgin.

A 19-year-old suspect is in police custody but his connection with the shooting is not confirmed.
