A Tulsa woman is charged in the bathtub drowning of her 9-month-old granddaughter.

39-year-old Jacqueline Mayes faces a first-degree manslaughter charge in death of Alyssa Wright. Wright died June 13th at this Tulsa apartment complex. Police believe the baby was left alone in the bathtub with her 2-year-old sister for five or six minutes.

Investigators say Mayes' story was inconsistent.
