(Muskogee-AP) -- Former Oral Roberts basketball coach Ken Trickey is returning to coaching in Oklahoma.

Trickey is the new head coach at Muskogee High School, his first coaching job since he left ORU in 1993.

The 69-year-old Trickey says he hopes to coach four to five more years.

Trickey led ORU from the NAIA to the NCAA with a fast-paced attack that once averaged more than 105 points per game.

Trickey's 1974 ORU team reached the NCAA regional finals, losing in overtime to Kansas.
