(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma's De'Angelo Alexander is a member of the 2003 USA Junior World Championship basketball team.

Alexander was a late addition to the team trials, but earned a spot on the junior team during an eight-day training camp in Dallas.

The Junior team will play in the 2003 FIBA Men's Junior World Championships July tenth through 20th in Greece.

Alexander is a 6-foot-4, 215-pound native of Midwest City and will be a sophomore at OU next season.
