A Tulsa man is the ultimate Sonic fan; he’s gone to a Sonic Drive-In everyday for the past 12 years. “I'd like a Route 44 Diet Coke with Vanilla, easy on the ice." Sean Ibison is one of 50 Ultimate Sonic fans from around the nation.
Carhops and crewmembers from around the country nominated their most passionate customers for the Ultimate Sonic Fan contest. So, the employees at the Sonic Drive-In at 8130 East 91st Street South in Tulsa nominated Sean.
"The main think I like about it is they know me here. I show up, pay'em and take off." A panel of judges selected Sean from more than a thousand entries.
The grand prize winner will be picked in August and wins a trip to Hawaii.
