No charges will be filed in the case of a fetus found in the city of Tulsa's sewer system. City workers found the fetus Wednesday.

The medical examiner ruled the fetus was non-viable and that it was a legitimate miscarriage. Tulsa Police say they have interviewed the mother and the investigation is closed.
