A scary night for a Tulsa convenience store manager, and the search is on for several armed robbery suspects.
Tulsa Police say around one Wednesday morning; the manager of the Kwick Mart at 63rd and Peoria was closing up shop and was in the parking lot when three armed men confronted him. The suspects quickly took the man back inside, locked the doors and stole some cash and an ATM.
Then officers say the group all returned to the parking lot. Tulsa Police Cpl Chris Harrison: "They then brought the manager back out to his car and locked him in the trunk of his car. He was there for approximately thirty minutes before pedestrians on foot heard him and called police."
The manager was released uninjured. No word on an amount of money stolen. The police investigation continues at this time.
