(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The state Board of Equalization has certified a budget of $5.2-billion and a revenue estimate of $4.6-billion for the 2004 fiscal year.

State Finance Director Scott Meacham says the revenue estimate increased by $233-million from the February estimate due to changes made in the legislative session.

The certification is $477-million less than the 2003 fiscal year budget certified in June 2002.

Treasurer Robert Butkin says his office added $2.2-million in revenue.
