(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Reverend Billy Graham is in Oklahoma City Tuesday as preparations continue for his four-day mission in Oklahoma.

The 84-year-old evangelist rode into the Ford Center arena on a white golf cart to discuss the event with a throng of reporters and photographers.

Graham carried a small black bible in his hand and stood stiffly before the media after he was helped out of the golf cart.

Graham's first mission is Thursday night. The last is on Sunday. Organizers are expecting up to 40-thousand people to attend each night.

This is Graham's fourth visit to Oklahoma City. His last visit followed the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, when he preached during a service with President Clinton.

He has visited the Oklahoma City Bombing National Memorial twice during his latest visit.
