(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma basketball coach Kelvin Sampson says the Sooners have completed recruiting with a late signee.

Sampson says 6-foot-4 guard Jimmy Tobias from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has signed a national letter of intent to play at OU next fall.

Tobias was a first-team All-State selection in Florida after averaging 19 points, eight rebounds, four steals and three assists per game.

He led Dillard High School to a 32-and-1 record and the Class Six-A Florida state championship.
