A well-known attorney is having legal troubles of his own. Muskogee Police arrested lawyer David Garrett on complaints of sexual battery against two women who say he touched them inappropriately.
This is the second time Garrett's been accused of sexual misconduct. A 1995 lawsuit was settled out of court. Garrett is out of jail on bond.
