Kidnapping charges have now been filed against a Missouri man accused of taking an 11-year-old Stillwater girl.

56-year-old Earl Presley Hood of Branson is charged with abducting Shawnda Cheney from her neighborhood on May 9th.

FBI agents found the two sleeping in a trailer in Texas on May 15th.
