Tulsa's air quality was top of mind at a meeting in downtown Tuesday. On the agenda were pollution control measures that could be part of an early action plan aimed at keeping Tulsa off the federal dirty air list.

Gaylon Pinc with INCOG: "Air quality is a local issue. We will have to implement control measures along with the national measures that will be coming down the road pretty soon here as well."

Some of the ideas discussed range from cleaner burning fuel and vapor recovery systems at the gas pump to lowering speed limits and vehicle inspections.

The EPA will select the most feasible measures from a list of about 50 ideas.
