In this time of cutbacks and budget shortfalls. The nation's 3rd-largest oil company is paying Oklahoma State University millions of dollars.
OSU will add a 52,000-square-foot alumni center to its Stillwater campus. In return, OSU will call the facility the "ConocoPhillips" OSU Alumni Center.
It's scheduled to open in 2005.
