(Undated-AP) -- The Golf Coaches Association of America has announced that Oklahoma State's Par Nilsson and Tulsa's David Inglis were named to the European team for the 2003 Palmer Cup.

The eight players representing Europe will compete against the United States team July 7th through 11th at the Kiawah Island Club's Cassique course in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

Nilsson is a first-team All-Big 12 selection as well as a second-team Academic All-Big 12 pick this year. He's posted four top-20 finishes in eight starts.

This is the second time Inglis has been chosen for the Palmer Cup team. He competed for the European team in the 2001 Palmer Cup event. He's ranked 12th nationally in the recent Golfstat Ratings and 17th in the latest Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings.
