OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Five people were killed and 10 injured in accidents on Oklahoma roads this weekend.

In Okmulgee County, a three-vehicle accident on U.S. 75 killed two people and injured four Saturday night, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

James Driscoll, 74, of Kiefer, died at the scene from internal injuries.

Linda Jean Masny, 55, of Morris, was also killed in the accident. Masny's three passengers have all been hospitalized.

Troopers said Driscoll ran a stop sign on a county road and was broadsided by Masny.

Masny's car then crossed the center median into the northbound lane and struck a third vehicle, whose driver was injured.

Earlier Saturday morning, a Fairfax woman was killed in an alcohol-related accident in Pawnee County.

Troopers said Johnetta Heisler, 28, died at the scene from multiple injuries.

The patrol concluded that Heisler had been driving under the influence. Her passenger was hospitalized.

In another accident, a Meeker woman was killed after her the car she was riding in turned left in front of oncoming traffic and was hit by pick up truck.

OHP reported that Lela Carter, 50, died at the scene from multiple injuries. Five people were injured in the accident that happened on Oklahoma 18 in Pottawatomie County.

In another Pottawatomie County accident, an 18-year-old Shawnee man was killed Sunday morning.

Troopers reported that Shaine Green fell asleep at the wheel, veered off Oklahoma 39, struck a tree and was trapped in his burning vehicle for two and a half hours. Green was pronounced dead at the scene.
