(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Attorney General Drew Edmondson has asked that execution dates be set for two Oklahoma death row inmates.
Edmondson wants the state Court of Criminal Appeals to set execution dates for Robert Duckett and Lewis Gilbert II.
The U-S Supreme Court denied their final appeals Monday.
Duckett was convicted and sentenced to death in the October 1988 beating death of an Oklahoma City man.
Gilbert was sent to death row for shooting a woman to death in Cleveland County in September 1994.
