A Fort Gibson middle school student who shot five classmates has begun his final year of psychiatric treatment, in Texas.
Seth Trickey was released into his parent’s custody following a judge's ruling. Trickey could be set free if he successfully completes the program.
Trickey was 13 when police say he pulled a handgun from his backpack and fired on his classmates in December 1999. All of the victims survived.
