A purchase agreement has been reached for CityPlex towers in south Tulsa. It includes a one million dollar non-refundable deposit.

Oral Roberts University and the investor group called CityPlex LLC say this is a big step toward closing the deal on July 31st.

ORU says the sale will allow them to be debt-free, so the university can concentrate more fully on its mission.
