A Green Country undersheriff is accused of theft and sexual abuse. It's a case out of Adair County.

Undersheriff Gary Sinclair is accused of taking money from two teenagers during a traffic stop. And two dispatchers allege Sinclair sexually harassed and abused them on the job.

Sinclair has served as undersheriff for seven years. He's been suspended with pay.
