Former Iraqi resident reacts to war

Hassan Ahmed grew up in Baghdad. He came to the United States when he was 19, and now lives in Owasso. <br><br>Ahmed says the war in Iraq is needed to get rid of Saddam Hussein's murderous regime.

Hassan Ahmed grew up in Baghdad. He came to the United States when he was 19, and now lives in Owasso.

Ahmed says the war in Iraq is needed to get rid of Saddam Hussein's murderous regime. He says once that happens, American and British forces will be welcomed with open arms by the Iraqi people. "95 percent of the Iraqi people know what kind of evil person he is. But they are afraid to come out, because you get eliminated."

Ahmed believes the war in Iraq will have a lasting impact on promoting freedom in the entire Middle East region.
